RBI Hawker Ltd brings 30 years of experience and capability to each repair performed. Further, we perform only repairs approved by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintaining your existing quality, warranties and fleet uniformity.

We are qualified as a Bell Approved Rotor Blade Repair Service Facility for all Bell Helicopters models.

As RBI Hawker Ltd has direct access to OEM Engineering, we are able to pursue extended repair approvals to reduce the cost of repairs and extend the life of your blades. Some examples of the approvals that RBI Hawker Ltd will employ are:

- Supplemental Erosion Protection
With OEM Engineering approval, RBI Hawker Ltd can install inexpensive supplemental erosion strips to protect your blade. These durable strips ease maintenance and reduce repair cost.
- Component Salvage and Reutilization
RBI Hawker Ltd has more OEM approvals to remove, reprocess and reinstall blade components than any other repair facility. These approvals greatly reduce repair cost and turn time delays awaiting spares.
- Twist Measurement and Management
RBI Hawker Ltd understands aging blades and repairs. Twist and contour deviations are difficult to detect and increase track and balance difficulties and cost. RBI Hawker Ltd tooling and techniques can detect and improve twist deviations due to age or prior to repairs. 

RBI Hawker warrants its repairs for 3 years or 2000 hours pro-rated.
