RBI Hawker Limited is a Joint Venture between Hawker Pacific Airservices Ltd, Dubai, and Bell Helicopter affiliate, Rotor Blades Incorporated, USA.

Our aim is to establish a world class Helicopter Rotor Blade Repair and Overhaul Facility in the Middle East to service the needs of both the commercial and military helicopter operators in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

The facility has been established in the Jebal Ali Free Zone due to its central location and good transport links by sea, air and particularly by road. Of significant benefit is the ability to truck blades door to door from anywhere in the region at both a saving in time and cost of air or sea.

RBI Hawker Ltd commenced operations in 2005 with a hand picked team of rotor blade repair professionals. The facility is a Bell Helicopter Customer Support Facility (CSF) with approvals for repair and overhaul of all Bell commercial and military helicopter rotor blades. RBI Hawker Ltd has UAE General Civil Aviation Authority and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) approvals.
